Payment Terms

Payment Terms (Mobile Training):

• Training Fee: The fee for horsemanship training is €50.00 per training session. This fee covers both the training itself and travel expenses for locations within a radius of 20 km or a maximum travel time of 20 minutes from Zirl, Austria.
• Additional Costs: For training sessions held outside the 20 km radius or a travel time of 20 minutes from Zirl, Austria, additional travel costs may apply. These costs will be calculated based on the distance traveled or travel time and will be discussed and agreed upon separately by both parties.
• Monthly Commitment: To participate in this training program, the horse owner is required to commit to a minimum of four training sessions per month, typically scheduled on a weekly basis. This commitment ensures continuous progress and the benefits of the training program.
  Additional Offer for Young Horses and Foals: The horse owner has the option to choose, instead of four regular training sessions per month, an additional option for 1 training session every 2 weeks for young horses and foals. This allows for special care and development for these age groups.
• Payment Schedule: Payment is due at the end of each month. Payment can be made in cash, but a bank transfer is our preferred method of payment. This encourages the use of transfers due to convenience and security for both parties.
• Invoicing: An invoice will be issued at the end of each month. The invoice will list the training fee for each session and any additional travel costs incurred. Invoices will itemize all payment amounts in detail and provide a complete overview of financial transactions.
• Late Payments: Timely payment is crucial for the continuation of the training program. If the horse owner fails to make the payment on time, the trainer reserves the right to suspend further training sessions until the outstanding amount is settled. Any fees or penalties for late payments will be listed in the invoice.
• Refunds: Training fees are non-refundable, and the horse owner is obligated to make payment for all scheduled training sessions, even if unable to attend a session for unforeseen reasons. Exceptions to this policy will be considered on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of the trainer.
