Weather Policy: While we operate in most weather conditions, your safety is our priority. Trail rides may be rescheduled or canceled if the weather is deemed too dangerous, such as during hailstorms, lightning storms, or extreme rain. However, we ride in light rain, snow, and even the cold winter months, so please dress appropriately for the conditions.
Winter & Night Rides: Our service runs year-round, and we offer a magical experience of riding in the snow during the winter. For the more adventurous, we also provide night rides in the dark during the winter months. The horses are equipped with front and rear lights, ensuring your ride remains safe even in low-light conditions. These unique rides offer a whole new perspective on the landscape and the connection between horse and rider.

Advance Booking Required: Unlike traditional trail riding services where large groups ride in a line, our service is exclusive. This means you or your group will have the trail to yourselves, offering a personalized and tailored experience. Due to the exclusive nature of our rides and the limited number of highly trained trail horses, we recommend booking your ride well in advance.
How Far in Advance: We suggest booking at least 1 week in advance to secure your spot. If you’re planning to visit during peak tourist times, consider booking even earlier.
Last-Minute Requests: We try to accommodate last-minute bookings, but availability may be limited. If you have a spontaneous request, don’t hesitate to reach out—we may still be able to fit you in!

Convenient Payment Options: For your convenience, we accept the following payment methods:
- Cash: Pay in person before your ride.
- Bank Transfer (EU): BIC and IBAN details will be provided upon booking.
- PayPal: Fast, easy, and secure payments through PayPal. Send payments to fearlesshorseman@gmail.com.

Flexible Yet Fair: We understand that plans can change, and we strive to be as accommodating as possible. However, due to the limited number of trail horses and high demand, we have the following cancellation policy:
- Cancellations made 24 hours (2 days) in advance: Full refund or reschedule with no penalty.
- Cancellations within 24 hours: 50% of the total ride fee will be charged, unless we can fill your spot.
- Same-day cancellations or no-shows: Full charge of the ride.
We encourage you to contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule.
